The Most Versatile Encapsulation Product Available in the Industry Today
Encapuclean O2 combines a synergistic hydrogen peroxide detergent blend with a special encapsulating polymer to bring you the most versatile encapsulation product available. The unique peroxide boost in Encapuclean O2 helps activate the other key ingredients enabling it to remove soils and stains from most any source. It also helps effectively remove many spills and spots (coffee, wine, blood, urine caused discoloration, and more) during the cleaning process. Carpets cleaned with encapsulating polymers have been demonstrated to stay cleaner longer than when traditional cleaning solutions are used.
As with other products in the Encapuclean family, the encapsulating polymer bonds to, surrounds, and encapsulates soil allowing it to be removed from the carpet during routine post-vacuuming. In addition, the unique polymer blend helps resist soiling long after the cleaning process. Encapuclean O2 contains no harsh solvents or high pH phosphates, making it safe and effective to use on all synthetic carpet and wool.
Encapuclean O2 can be used effectively as a hot water extraction prespray, a low moisture encapsulation cleaner, a bonnet cleaning solution, an encapsulating hot water extraction rinse, and as a carpet spotting agent. For low moisture encapsulation cleaning, it can be used in conjunction with a Cimex Machine or as part of a bonnet cleaning system.
Directions:
- Always pretest surface being cleaned for colorfastness.
Encapsulation Cleaning:
- Using a pump or electric sprayer, mix one part Encapuclean O2 with 12 parts water (750ml makes 10Ltr) in an even, overlapping pattern to area being cleaned.
- Agitate the solution into the carpet thoroughly and allow to dry. (It is not mandatory to vacuum immediately after carpet is dry. Vacuuming can be done at next scheduled interval).
- NOTE - Any one of the industry standard agitation machines can be used which include, but are not limited to counter rotating cylindrical brush machines, rotary machines and oscillating or orbital machines.
- Bonnet Cleaning:
- Using a pump or electric sprayer, mix one part Encapuclean O2 with 12 parts water (750ml makes 10Ltr) in an even, overlapping pattern to area being cleaned.
- Agitate the solution into the carpet thoroughly with your absorbent pad and allow to dry. Micro-Fiber bonnets are recommended. (It is not mandatory to vacuum immediately after carpet is dry. Vacuuming can be done at next scheduled interval).
Carpet Spotting:
- Mix one part Encapuclean O2 with four parts water (200ml makes ltr). Saturate spot being treated with the mixed solution and let dwell for up to five minutes. Blot with absorbent white towel. Extraction not normally required.
For Use as Carpet Pre Spray:
- Using a pump or electric sprayer, mix one part Encapuclean O2 with 12 parts water (750ml makes 10Ltr) in an even, overlapping pattern to area being cleaned.
- Apply evenly to area being cleaned to effectively suspend soils and oils (typically at an equal rate of standard carpet pre spray) and let dwell for five to ten minutes.
- Agitate heavy traffic areas when needed.
- Extract carpet with appropriate Bridgepoint extraction agent.
For Use as Carpet Extraction Rinse:
- Truck Mount Extraction - Mix 1 ltr Encapuclean O2 per 20 ltrs of water. Meter at two to four gallons per hour.
- Portable Extraction - Mix 60ml Encapuclean O2 per 20 ltrs of water and extract as normal.
Upholstery cleaning agent:
- Using a pump or electric sprayer, mix one part Encapuclean O2 with 12 parts water (150ml makes 2Ltr) in an even, overlapping pattern to fabric being cleaned.
- Agitate with horse hair brush or hand bonnet.
- Low Moisture Cleaning - Allow to dry after agitation and vacuum off.
- Extraction Cleaning – Whether truck mount or portable, extract with clear water rinse.
