The self-propelled RDM glides over the carpet completing 360 cleaning passes each minute, while the ½ horsepower motor provides the cleaning energy; not your arms, shoulders, and back. Even though the RDM uses a high flow rate of 6 litres per minute, the unit’s high recovery system eliminates the need for a dry pass, saving you additional time and energy. Heavily soiled carpets clean much easier and carpet drying times are typically 45 minutes to an hour. Using the RDM, wicking problems with Olefin are prevented and problem Berber carpets are a snap to clean.

Weighing only 21 kilograms, the RDM quickly folds for easy storage or transport. Maneuvering around obstacles or cleaning in tight places, the unit’s light handling allows side-to-side or back-and-forth cleaning action. The low profile cleaning head fits beneath furniture and beds where other tools can’t reach. A durable polycarbonate cover makes “soft” contact with walls and furniture, preventing scratches and marks. Soft-bumpered cleaning heads can pass right over heat registers, drapery cords or electric cords without damage or tangling.
What is Jetless Cleaning Technology?
DriMaster’s patented process replaces the ordinary spray jet with a dynamic high-flow, high-recovery cleaning head. Because a wand’s spray jets are located well above the carpet, much of the potential heat is lost before the solution ever reaches the surface. The RDM eliminates this heat loss problem with a precision slot angled towards a matched vacuum recovery port creating a highly effective “Cleaning Zone”. The cleaning solution is applied as a “sheet” rather than a jet spray, allowing controlled penetration of the fiber without wetting the carpet backing. This high-flow/high-recovery technology will maximize the heat and vacuum performance of any cleaning system, truckmount or portable.
