HydraMaster HydraSolv Hard Surface Cleaner 3.8ltr

HydraSolv is a high-powered cleaning and degreasing agent specifically formulated for ceramic, porcelain, and quarry tile floors and their grout lines.

It is used as a pre-spray/pretreatment on tile and grout to loosen, break down, dissolve, and emulsify even the grimiest of soils. It can be used on residential or commercial tile floors and other hard surfaces, indoors and outdoors. Its synergistic combination of surfactants, alkaline builders, and solvents blend to aggressively attack soils, and make the cleaning job faster and more efficient. It cleans porous grout lines without the use of harsh acids.

HydraSolv is formulated to work in conjunction with the RX-20 Rotary Extraction Tool with hard surface attachments, a rotary hard surface extraction, and cleaning tool, or any high-pressure wand compatible with hard surface floors. It can also be used as a pre-treatment on floors being cleaned with an auto-scrubber or in a mop and rinse system. HydraSolv is also an excellent cleaner for hard surfaces that have been exposed to fire and smoke as it effectively removes soot.

HydraSolv can be used on virtually any colorfast hard surface – concrete, tile, and even natural stone when used as directed.

Directions:

As a pre-treatment/pre-spray for tile and grout floors –

1. Always pre-test all cleaning solutions in an inconspicuous area for colorfastness prior to application.
2. For increased efficiency, apply HydraSolv with an injection sprayer to take advantage of solution pressure and heat created by your high-performance portable extractor or truck mount. You can also use a “pump-up” pressure sprayer or an electric or battery-powered sprayer.  Apply in even overlapping patterns.
3. For deep restorative cleaning, Prespray with 1 part HydraSolv mixed with 4 parts hot water (1ltr of solution with 4ltrs of water).
   • For maintenance cleaning, mix HydraSolv 1 part solution to 16-32 parts water.
   • For a standard injection sprayer, mix 1ltr water with 4ltr of HydraSolv into 5ltr container.
4. Allow the solution to dwell for 2- 5 minutes. Extra agitation with brushes compatible with tile and grout may be helpful.
5. Extract the solution utilizing the RX-20 Rotary Extraction Tool with hard surface attachments, a rotary hard surface extraction, and cleaning tool, or any high-pressure wand compatible with hard surface floors.
6. For faster drying, especially in humid environments, consider the use of an axial, centrifugal, or downdraft air mover after cleaning.

As a general hard surface degreaser and soot remover  –

1. Always pre-test all cleaning solutions in an inconspicuous area for colorfastness prior to application.
2. For increased efficiency, apply HydraSolv with an injection sprayer to take advantage of solution pressure and heat created by your high-performance portable extractor or truck mount. You can also use a “pump-up” pressure sprayer or an electric or battery-powered sprayer. Apply in even overlapping patterns.
3. Prespray with 1 part HydraSolv mixed with 8 parts hot water (16 ounces of solution with one gallon of water).
4. Allow the solution to dwell for 2- 5 minutes. Extra agitation with brushes compatible with the surface may be helpful.
5. Extract or pressure wash depending upon the surface being cleaned.
